Founder, Occupational Therapist

Hi, I'm Tiffany! I am a pediatric occupational therapist and the owner of Kindred Connections Occupational Therapy. I created this clinic to be a place where children and families feel safe, supported, and genuinely enjoy coming.

More than anything, I believe therapy starts with the relationship. Before we work on any goals, I want to get to know your child: what they like, what feels hard, how they communicate, and what helps them feel safe. From there, we build everything together. When kids feel understood and comfortable, that’s when they’re most open to trying new things and growing. I’m also neurodivergent myself, which really shapes how I show up as a therapist and connect with the kids and families I work with.

I created Kindred Connections OT to be a space where kids and teens can just be themselves. My approach is neuro-affirming, and really individualized. We might be working on motor skills, daily routines, feeding, or regulation, but it’s always through connection, play, and trust, not pressure. Sessions are usually pretty playful and flexible, and I follow your child’s lead as much as possible. My goal is to always make it feel like OT is something they actually want to come to.
